Ordering Details:
If there is an item to your liking on our page and wish to make a pre-order / clarification, kindly
1) Email me at csminishopaholic@gmail.com
2) If you would like to make a pre-order, purchase, please state Pre-order as the ‘Subject’ and include your email and the item(s) you are interested in. We will contact you within 24 hours and furnish you with the payment details.
3) For product clarifications, please state Enquiries as the ‘Subject’ and include your questions and email in the ‘Message’ Section. We will reply you in the shortest time possible.
4) As the items are on pre-order, the items would only be ordered after the stated deadline.
Item Distribution:
1) Item price stated are not inclusive of postage costs unless otherwise stated.
2) Mini Shopaholic Heaven will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged mails through normal mails. Hence, we strongly recommend all customers to opt for registered mail as it is the safer distribution method.
3) Registered mail are charged at an additional $2.25 on top of the item costs and normal postage costs. The amount is paid fully to Singpost for registering your parcel on their tracking system. For all registered mail, an unique tracking number will be given and you can track the whereabouts of your parcels.
4) Return address will be written on the back of each parcel to minimize the possibility of lost mail or to facilitate the return of uncollected mails.
5) In the event where uncollected Registered Mails are sent back to Mini Shopaholic Heaven, customers are required to pay for the 2nd postage for us to send the items to you again.
6) In the event if the parcel is sent via normal postage instead of registered postage, Mini Shopaholic Heaven would refund the monetary accepted for Registered Postage.
7) In the event if any item is return to Mini Shopaholic Heaven because of whatsoever reason not caused by Mini Shopaholic Heaven, customer will have to bear the additional normal postage fee of $1.50 per item.
Wrong Item Received:
1) In the event that wrong item has been sent to you, you have to inform Mini Shopaholic Heaven immediately.
2) Meanwhile, the item must remain in its original state and it must not be worn or tried on. If the return item to Mini Shopaholic Heaven is found to be worn, Mini Shopaholic Heaven reserves the right not to exchange the correct item.
3) The item must be send back to Mini Shopaholic Heaven using the delivery method as stated by Mini Shopaholic Heaven. Mini Shopaholic Heaven will bear the cost of sending the item back to us using the stipulated method.

Mini Shopaholic Heaven welcomes all customers' queries so as to aid in their purchase decision process. In the event where no questions are asked and a purchase order is made, it means that you have accepted and understood the product information provided by us.
Mini Shopaholic Heaven's replies to customers' enquiries only serves as a recommendation for customers in their purchase decision. Customers should exercise their own discretion as to whether item(s) are suitable for themselves.
